I received several emails advising the date, one of which required me to confirm I would be there on the day. The day came and nobody turned up. I rang the ISP (you have to call them, not NBN) to complain and was told they had passed on my complaint. A day or so later an SMS arrived to say I would have the installation in two weeks time. Why an installer could not make contact with the end user directly and advise they were delayed is beyond me. So I hope not everyone receives this type of service.
