They need to reduce the overall number of available shops and concentrate all the businesses in Edith St for example. Manly is successful because supply outstrips demand. In Wynnum there’s just too many.

There is nothing appeLing about majority of shops in Wynnum. The whole of the shopping area needs a huge redevelopement to appeal to shoppers. With all the new units and houses in the area people are still going else where to shop. Bring on the Plaza redevelopement.
